Ride Safar is a commitment-enforced intercity travel marketplace. We connect independent drivers with passengers for pre-arranged journeys where price, time, and intent are locked before departure.
The Problem
Intercity travel in Saudi Arabia — especially the Jeddah–Makkah corridor used by millions of Umrah pilgrims — is plagued by uncertainty. Prices surge without warning, drivers cancel at the last minute, and vulnerable travelers are left stranded with no recourse.
Women traveling alone, families with young children, elderly pilgrims, and non-Arabic speakers face the worst of it. They need certainty, not negotiation.

Lock Mechanism
Once a journey enters the lock window, price and commitment are binding. No surge, no changes, no excuses.
Platform Guarantee
If a driver breaches after lock, Ride Safar finds you an alternative or issues a full refund with compensation.
Marketplace Model
Drivers are independent. They set their own routes, prices, and schedules. We facilitate — we don't dispatch.

Starting Point
We're launching with the Jeddah Airport to Makkah corridor — the highest-stress, most time-critical intercity route in Saudi Arabia. This is where the commitment model matters most: pilgrims arriving exhausted from international flights need a guaranteed, pre-arranged ride to begin their spiritual journey.
From there, we'll expand to all major intercity routes across the Kingdom.
